We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted by the judging panel for this year’s South Coast Business Awards in the ‘Service Excellence’ category.
To be recognised for such a crucial element to the hospitality sector has been really satisfying and exhilarating for the whole team here at New Place Hotel.
We told them about our efforts over the past 12 months to ensure high standards of customer service throughout our 100-strong team, including the sharing of knowledge and feedback from guests, and our staff training has been revolutionised with the introduction of our ‘New Place Hospitality Academy’.
The judges also noted our guest satisfaction scores have risen to over 90% and we have minimum 4 star ratings from over 3,0000 online reviews across websites including Google, Facebook and Trip Advisor.
So many congratulations to the team and wish us luck for Thursday 11th July when we will be attending the Southern Daily Echo’s ‘South Coast Business Awards Dinner’ at St Mary’s Stadium in Southampton.
