Our hotel layout is somewhat unique. Owing to New Places’ history the bedrooms are not located inside the Grade 1 Listed Manor House, but rather in mews buildings in the Manor House grounds. This means that the majority of our bedrooms enjoy direct access from outside, no narrow corridors or lifts required.

All of the quaint bedrooms are comfortable, modern & offer guests a home away from home environment with plush beds and calming decorations.

Standard double, twin, single and family rooms are available to suit your needs; all with complimentary WIFI, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath or walk-in Shower.

We’re also a dog friendly hotel so you can bring along your four-legged friends to join you on your staycation. Each of our dog-friendly classic and superior rooms has direct access to the outside for your dog, with the rooms just a stone’s throw away from sweeping lawns and woodland paths, perfect for dog walks. After muddy walks, make use of the unique Self Service Dog Wash, which you’ll find at the Gamblins Lane entrance to Reception. The machine not only provides warm water, but also a range of shampoos and a two-speed dryer, leaving your pooch feeling fresh and clean after a day of adventures.
