The Grade 1 listed Manor House, designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1906 using 17th Century architectural details saved from a House in Bristol, such as; the ornate front staircase, wood panelling and doors, impressive fire places, and intricate ceilings.
There are over 200 pieces of art and 32 acres of Hampshire gardens and woodland to explore while you wait, and a team that will take good care of you.

Standard Check in is from 3pm and your room will be in one of the garden mews, beside the Manor House.
Choose from the characterful Lutyens Bar, Dining Room or the Bristol Room, and know that there is a range of both broad appeal and creative dishes, all made from fresh ingredients, many of which are local.
Start the day with a full English in the Manor House, then enjoy the grounds until your transfer takes you to the terminal.
When you’re back ashore, your return transfer brings you to your car, ready for the drive home.
Afternoon boarding? There’s no need to wait around. Make the most of your time at New Place before you head to the port.

Travelling by ferry? Our Park & Sail stay works just the same – one night with us, parking while you’re away and transfers to the port. If you are taking your car, our regular Bed and Breakfast or Dinner Bed and Breakfast options may be more suitable.
